    Recites Indenture 10 November 1802 between: George Caswell and wife Anne; Michael Smith Parnther; Robert Parnther of Bedford Square, Middlesex, esquire Recites Common Recovery suffered in Michaelmas Term 1802/3 Frederick William Ladds contracted with George Caswell for purchase of estate for £860 - messuage or farmhouse at Green end in Little Staughton; - close of pasture adjoining 2 acres 2 roods 14 perches; - allotment adjoining messuage being 4th allotment awarded to George Caswell on Inclosure of Common and Open Fields, instead of his open field property - 2 roods 16 perches bounded on N. and E. by road, on S. by homestead and on W. by allotment awarded to William Lunnis; - allotment in Darnetts field adjoining to homestead - 3rd allotment awarded to George Caswell - 7 acres 3 roods 37 perches bounded on N. and E. by homestead, on part of the S. and E. by allotment awarded to William Barringham, on S. by homestead of Joseph Goodliff, on S. by his allotment and on W. by ancient Inclosure belonging to President and Scholars of Corpus Christie College, Oxford, the said Joseph Goodliff and the representatives of late Thomas South deceased as their lessees James Rust, Peter Williamson, James Lugsdin and William Lunnis; - close of ancient inclosed arable land at West end of Little Staughton, called Rough close 9 acres 3 roods 26 perches, bounded by road leading from West end and towards Keysoe, on the other part by premises belonging to Francis Pym, esquire, on part by parish of Keysoe, on other part by premises of Joseph Goodliff, and part by premises belonging to Francis Pym, esquire, now in occupation of Francis William Ladds.
