Two of Wedgewood's King Rings and a glass for Shadwell arrived with Waddilove an hour too late. Any chance of meeting Count Massin and Mr. R. in garrison at Gibralter? Mr. Pelham to Cambridge this morning, will write to Waddilove when heard from Grantham. Hatsill[?] called, would have accompanied Waddilove if he'd been returning when Parliament up. Count Gazola paid no subscription [not specified as to what] as none required until three volumes published. Price, four guineas, other subscriptions in Madrid, will bring or send one set. Assumes Coach arrived. Would like to have gold watch and Irish linen delivered to Don Manuel Ayala, no.22, Cava baja (he has paid). Munro knows him. Obliged to him for Dn.Rn, will execute his other commissions. Bought a P.Press for [name not provided] at £2.8.0., one of the Trays, Slade & Braisbridge, £1.5.0. Gloves from Clemson £2.5.0.
