    i) Charles Wager Watson and wife Jemima Charlotte William Gambier Selina Garth Colleton ii) Elizabeth Myers, widow, Burton Street, Burton Crescent, St Pancras Reverend George Burgess, Halvergate, Norfolk, clerk and wife Eliza (formerly Eliza Myers, spinster) Judith Myers, Burton Street, etc. iii) Richard Lowndes, Binfield, Berkshire reciting will of James Garth doubts have arisen between Elizabeth Myers and her daughters, and i), whether property in schedule is freehold or copyhold, and therefore, being copyhold were comprised in devise of will of James Garth in trust for Elizabeth Myers and daughters, or whether, being freehold, became vested in Charles Garth Colleton as heir at law of James Garth. so have agreed that lands in 1st schedule are freehold and messuage and lands in 2nd schedule are copyhold of the manor of Gains, Huntingdonshire. also agreed that Elizabeth Myers should purchase from i) the property comprised in the 1st schedule and i) should quitclaim to Elizabeth Myers and daughters or to iii) as trustee on their behalf, all property in 2nd schedule. By lease and release of 1, 2 August 1833 and fine in Michaelmas term last [1833], premises in 1st schedule have been conveyed to use of Elizabeth Myers now i) with consent of ii) releases to iii) in trust … all their interest in property in 2nd schedule 1st schedule: Nether Uppers, Dillington (3 acres 2 roods 11 perches) part of Chapel Yard in Perry (3 acres 1 rood 2 perches) 2nd schedule: Farm etc. and home close in Dillington (3 acres 3 roods) Dovehouse Close, Dillington (8 acres 1 rood 5 perches) part of Chapel Yard, Perry (3 acres 1 rood 37 perches) all in Huntingdonshire
