i) Charles Wager Watson and wife Jemima Charlotte William Gambier Selina Garth Colleton ii) Elizabeth Myers, Burton Crescent, St Pancras, widow reciting lease and release of 1, 2 August 1833 deeds also concern property of greater value which remains the property of i) and was agreed that said deeds should be retained by Charles Wager Watson and wife, as should deed of 16 June 1827. Deed of 3, 4 July should remain with William Gambier and also deeds in schedule (dating from 20 November 1764 - articles of agreement previous to the marriage of Charles Garth and Frances Cooper - to deed of 26, 27 April 1809) no signatures or certification
