i) James Garth, Mitcham, Surrey, esquire ii) Frances Colleton, Haynes Hill, Wiltshire [Berkshire], widow said sum of £4,000 not paid so estate of ii) in property became absolute in law Harrold enclosure act was passed in 37 George III and on 1 April 1799 ii) paid out of her own monies for the difference awarded by Commissioners under said Act to be paid by i) to Lady Lucas in exchange and for timber etc., amounting to £680..18s..1d.
