i) James Garth, Haines Hill, Berkshire, esquire ii) John Raincock, Red Lion Square, Middlesex, gentleman iii) Richard Shepherd Stephenson, same place, gentleman recites will of Thomas Garth eldest son John is dead leaving a son Charles, who is also dead. i) is eldest son of Charles and is entitled to property in estate tail now to extinguish entailed estate i) releases to ii) … farm lands etc. in Harrold, Odell and Wilden, now in occupation of i), John Clarke, George Brearley and William Pestell … tithes of corn, grain, hay, wool, lamb etc. arising from property in Harrold in occupation of John Clarke … new enclosed piece of ground in Odell in occupation of George Brearley (2 acres 3 roods 24 perches) allotted under enclosure award to be held by ii) to intent that he may become a tenant to the freehold to suffer a recovery in which iii) shall be demandant, ii) tenant and shall vouche i) signed: all endorsed witnesses
