to wife Elizabeth … annuity of £150 payable out of property in Harrold, Odell and Wilden to son John … all freehold estates in Harrold, Odell and Wilden, subject to said annuity, for life, and then to James Worsley, Pilwell, Southampton, and James Kendall, Conduit Street, Middlesex, esquires, for life of said John [very detailed trust estate created and numerous relatives named] If John has no sons, then to go to testator's second son James etc. also to son John … freehold and copyhold estates in Stoughton Highway, Dillington and Perry in Great Staughton and Grafham, Huntingdonshire, for life and then to trustees upon same trusts as before sons John and James may have power, when in possession of estates to raise £4,000 for benefit of their younger children also to wife … annuity of £50 issuing out of H M Exchequer and determinable on deaths of John and James … house "I now live in" in New Bond Street, furniture, coach, horses etc. … free use of plate for life, then it is to be divided between John and James to son John … all arrears of rent due from tenants in Huntingdonshire … all books except 12 for wife - she choosing which 12 … saddle horse, with saddle, furniture and pistols, gun and fowling piece to worthy friends James Worsley and James Kendall, and Charles Worsley, esquire … £10 each to wife and to said James Worsley and James Kendall, and Charles Worsley - executors … residue of personal estate to be disposed of and proceeds laid out in purchase of freehold lands to be conveyed to uses and on same trusts as existing estates wife has power to charge estates with £5,000 to be disposed of to sons James and John or their children sons, when in possession of estates may charge them with £4,000 for benefit of their younger children
