- Scope and ContentMr Gregory George. All his debts should be paid, both those before and after coming to the University, along with the charges of his first settlement there. However, all the money cannot be raised out of Bank Annuities at the Court of Chancery. Details of what would be involved if Chancery dealt with his charges of the first settlement at University. Court would not part with a shilling towards other debts. Mr Henry Gregory, George's brother, may lend the money. Lady Grey involved in a plan to have Henry repaid. Details of maintenance money, interest on a mortgage etc...which could also be used to pay debts.
