(iii) John Field of Ridgmont, gentleman, son of (ii)
Reciting:
- conditional surrender of 1 July 1710 by (ii) via Thomas Partridge, one of the headboroughs, of (a) three acres of arable and sward in Cranfield; to the use of Jane Read, rent 1/6, to secure £21 and interest;
- conditional surrender of 25 September 1714 by (ii) via Thomas Baker, one of the headboroughs, of (b) three doles in Portnall Meadow and 4½ of arable in Perry Field, Cranfield, to the use of John Philips to secure £30 and interest at 5% per annum;
- conditional surrender of 24 March 1721 [1722] by (ii) by the hands of John Field, one of the headboroughs, of (c) 2 acres of arable and sward in Lean Field, Cranfield upon a furlong shooting to Broad Green and of the backside of the town houses, late land of Thomas Baker, deceased and formerly William Juggins to the use of John Francis to secure £10 and interest;
- (a)-(c) were now owned by Daniel Harris, John Philips and John Francis through non-payment

- (i) assigned (a)-(c) to (iii) subject to equity of redemption
