Terrier of arable land in the open fields of Cranfield lately belonging to Mary Hall, widow, now to Elizabeth Kent, her daughter, for her life remainder to the use of James Kent, her son:

- 4 lands and a grove on the hill shooting to Upper Langcroft – 1 acre, 2 roods, 8 poles;
- 4 headlands to the above – 3 roods, 28 poles;
- 1 land shooting to Upper Langcroft and next the highway but one – 31 poles;
- 1 land in Flanders Hill – 25 poles
- The Pound Piece – 3 acres, 1 rood, 20 poles;
- 2 lands as headlands – 3 roods, 32 poles
- Out Close Piece – 5 acres, 1 rood, 27 poles
