    Sale particulars pursuant to an Order in Chancery in the case John Millard and Ann, his wife (late Ann Pancost), widow of John Pancost deceased, plaintiffs and Thomas Pancost and others, defendants: - Manor Place, reputed parcel of the Manor of Redlands, Cranfield consisting of a farmhouse with barns, stables and outbuildings, garden and orchard and 37 acres of arable, meadow and pasture divided into six closes, the greatest part being used as meadow; - grove of four acres adjoining; - six acres of arable in the open fields of Cranfield; - copyhold close in East End, Cranfield called Birminghales of 8 acres All, except the wood, in occupation of William Hardwick as yearly tenant at a rent of £38 per annum.
