Sir Joseph [Yorke?] says if Grantham chooses to attend there will be agreat deal of business, does not like any commercial arrangements with France. Harry Pelham to Stanmer. Greatly regrets failure of Match. Tom & Harry should go abroad next Spring. Has still to remove clothes from Whitehall. Pictures to remain in Grantham's eating room until substitutes found. Princess Elizabeth ill but recovered. Princess Amelia reported ill but not. Mrs. Stainforth well. She placed Tom well but his bad behaviour made her ask Captain Douglas to take him on board ship to East Indies. Supposes Grantham knows what Sir T. Frankland has done about his house. Does not like return of Grantham's asthma.
