Newby [Park]; update on works. Mickle thinks more men needed to get as much done at speed required etc. Mr. Belwood has a fever, not needed urgently at Newby for a month according to Redgrave. Writing to Jack [Parker]. Has Batt ever called on Grantham? Ralph [Worsley's] College Bill; hope there were many articles, enormous, considering only there two months. Corporation to erect four little Obelisks at each corner of great one etc... Waddilove thinks Fritz's idea for the Inscription would please. "Trifling piece of Vanity" etc...
