    Property as described in schedule sold by (i) to (ii) for £103,105, subject to - agreement and declaration contained in transfer of 6 October 1924 as in Appendix A - annuity referred to in Charges Register as in Appendix B - covenants referred to in Charges Register as in Appendix C (ii) covenants to (i) to erect a fence along the northern boundary within 3 months of purchase Schedule of Property: Land to East of Barton Road (formerly New Bedford Road) and to North of Warden Hill Road, formerly in parish of Streatley with Sharpenhoe, and now part of County Borough of Luton, as shown in red on enclosed plan Appendix A: By instrument of transfer of land together with other land on its southern boundary from Albert Wilkinson to Bedfordshire County Council, the County Council covenant to pay all tithe rent charge and any anniuity representing the same. Appendix B: 10 September 1936 - the land is or may be subject to an annuity of £30 payable to Vicar of Sundon charged on a large part of the Sundon Estate of which this land was formerly part, but has the benefit of covenants and indemnity contained in conveyance of 30 September 1919 between (i) Frederick Augustus Page Turner; (ii) Albert Wilkinson; (iii) Thomas Meadows Clutterbuck; (iv) William White, Percy William White and Edgar Laurence White; (v) Bedfordshire County Council.
