Church carried question by majority of one. Decision not favoured in Westminster Hall. Epsom; Nanny, Mr. Parker & Jack there. Mr. Parker won his great stake. Party at the Oaks riotous. Breakfasted with Munro, dining with Smythe. Frazer has not sent home précis on the Correspondence. Setting out Tuesday. [Sic].
