    Conveyance Parties: (i) Thomas Odell of Saint Clement Danes [Middlesex], gentleman; William Field of Cranfield, gentleman; William Baker of Cranfield, gentleman; Peter Edwards of Cranfield, yeoman; Joell Baker of Cranfield, yeoman; John Gyrton the elder of Cranfield, yeoman and Joshua Wheeler, son and heir of Alice Wheeler, late of Cranfield, widow, deceased; (ii) William Bedcott of Marston Moretaine, gentleman; Nicholas Price of Marston Moretaine, gentleman; Henry Odell of Cranfield, fellmonger; (iii) Sir Humfrey Monoux of Wootton, baronet; (iv) Lewes Monoux, esquire, second son of (iii) Reciting: - R6/15/1/10; - the conveyance to Gilbert Stoughton, William Bedcott, Nicholas Price and Henry Odell was made to them as trustees by appointment of Thomas Odell, William Field, William Baker, Peter Edwards, Joell Baker, John Gyrton, George Baker and Alice Wheeler; - Thomas Odell, William Field, William Baker, Peter Edwards, Joell Baker, John Gyrton, George Baker and Alice Wheeler agreed that Gilbert Stoughton, William Bedcott, Nicholas Price and Henry Odell should convey (a) to Thomas Odell, William Field, William Baker, Peter Edwards, Joell Baker, John Gyrton, George Baker and Alice Wheeler or other persons they appointed; - R6/15/1/14; - R6/15/1/17; - Alice Wheeler was dead and Joshua Wheeler was her heir; - Gilbert Stoughton was dead Operative Part: - (iii) paid £1,400 to (i); - (iv) paid 10/- to (ii); - reciting R6/15/1/20; - (ii), by direction of (i) and nomination of (iii) released (a) to (iv) Property: (a) Manor of Cranfield with rents of assize amounting to 16/9 per annum and rents of customary tenants amounting to £57/13/8¾ and all that pension of 20 shillings per annum issuing out of Cranfield Rectory, common fine of 30/4 per annum Habendum: - to (iv) to be disposed of as directed by (iii) Peter Edwards and Henry Odell signed by mark Witnesses: - Charles Dymoke; - John Browne; - Francis Brace; - Humfrey Monoux junior
