Heard from Grantham through letter to Nanny. Assumes letter to him has been stopped in transit. Will be glad to see Chico but will not exhibit him about streets of London "not ambitious to being taken for Uncle Worsley". Fire at Mr. Stockman's shed at end of row of outhouses, discussion of extent and causes. Has received letter from Lord Pelham asking Fritz to be Trustee for Fanny. Will go to Town by the meeting of Parliament to execute the writings.
