- agreement by (i) to sell property (a) (as described below) which formed part of that conveyance to (ii) for £55.10d
- subsequent agreement by (ii) to sell property (a) to (iii) for £200 including house (b) recently erected by (ii)

Bounded on: SE by Salisbury Road, with frontage of 16 feet 4 inches; SW by premises of Thomas Pike, length 99 feet 6 inches; NW by land belonging to John Sambrook Crawley, length 13 feet 6 inches; NE by land agreed to be sold to Thomas Pike by John Cumberland, length 99 feet.
(b) Messuage [house] and outbuildings lately built by Thomas Pike on (a).
Covenants:
- right of way reserved to (ii) and future owners of property to the SW of (a) and (b) along passage marked on included plan
- (i) covenants to produce deed of 14 May 1881 to (iii) on demand.
- (iii) covenants to erect a boundary fence along the N side of the property.
