Bounded on W by premises lately of Samuel Harris, Thomas Pike, Heber Cook and Charles Haydon, 171 feet 3 inches long with 28 feet frontage to Salisbury Road; and on E by premises of Harry Mimms and Alfred Rayment, length163 feet 6 inches. Together with house and premises theron lately occupied by Revd McMichael but now unoccupied.
(b) 5 poles of land fronting onto Salisbury Road with house and premises thereon (as in P138/25/1/2)
