1. Vicarage Farm. Built approximately 10 years earlier. To south of farm buildings, set back from main farm road. Brick under tiled roof, with flat roof to garage extension.
Ground floor: Entrance lobby; entrance hall; cloakroom; study; sitting room with York Stone fireplace; dining room; kitchen; rear lobby with doors to boiler room with Janitor solid fuel boiler; garage.
First floor: Bathroom; WC; master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and dressing room; 3 further bedrooms.
Outside: extensive landscaped gardens with levelled area for use as tennis court; grass and tree lined drive.
2. Former farmhouse. Brick under tile roof, believed to date from Georgian times. Adjacent to main farm road and to west of farm buildings.
