John Charles Trevelyan of St. Saviour's Vicarage; William Dandy of Castle Street, ironmonger; Henry Fox Howard of Cresent Rise, Hart Hill, ironfounder; Walter Edwin McGeorge of Russell Street, club steward; John Thomas Harrison of Russell Street, ironmonger's manager; Arthur George Brown of Alma Street, coach painter; and Walter Frederick Miller of Wellington Street, pattern maker (the Trustees) Sale by (i) to (ii) of property (a) for £400; (ii) to hold in fee simple as joint tenants upon special trust for the uses expressed below Property: (a) Land formerly part of a certain close in Dumfries Street, Luton, extending on N 19 feet 8 inches next to the street leading from Chapel Street to Spring Place called Ebenezer Street; on S 19 feet and 8 inches next to Dumfries Street; on E 66 feet next to messuage and shop of Mary Stanford; on W 66 feet next to cottages and premises formerly of Sarah Spurdens; (b) All messuage or tenement and outbuildings thereon now occupied by Frederick Barrett and known as 28 Dumfries Street Provisions of Trust: - property to be for the site of a Mission Room, Parish Room or building to be used for holding services and meetings in connection with the Church of England and for such other purposes as the Vicar of St. Saviour's Parish shall think fit - use of the room or building always to be at the absolute disposal of the Vicar - trustees allowed to build on the site as they think fit - trustees to have no personal liability for the buildings Note on front that property mortgaged on 14 November 1906 by the Trustees to A.J.
