    Between (i) Ernest Richard Brunning, Vicar of St. Saviour's, and (ii) Frederick William Bunker of 34 Russell Rise, Luton, storeman. The Vicar is owner of land situate at St. Saviour's Vicarage with frontage to St. Saviours Crescent, and Bunker as tenant of 34 Russell Rise, which adjoins premises of the Vicar, has on occasion walked across the Vicarage garden path for acccess to St. Saviours Crescent. Questions have arisen concerning his right to do so except by licence of the Vicar. Agreement that: - Bunker admits he has no right to cross the garden except by licence of the Vicar; - Vicar agrees that Bunker and members of his family may during his incumbency of the Parish use the pathway in the Vicarage garden to reach St. Saviours Crescent for one year, and so on from year to year until this Agreement shall be determined - Bunker will pay 1 shilling to the Vicar on 1st January each year if asked to do so; - Vicar may determine the agreement at any time by giving 4 weeks' notice in writing; - Agreement intended to be for personal benefit of Bunker and his family only.
