    To save time makes use of Lady Shelburne's hand to thank Grantham. The Newfoundland article looks very well, Bengal very well too. M. de Vergennes appears disposed to confide in them, and the great point now is to keep every secret among themselves. M. de Rayneval confirms the above in a letter, which Shelburne will forward to Grantham as soon as he gets it from the King. It will not get to him sooner than Grantham's, as Shelburne intends to write to him.
