Richard Thomas How alone proved the will 1 June 1807. Susannah sold all her real estate, a house and farm at Aspley Guise, and at her death possessed only personal estate, which Richard Thomas How invested in £1,000 5% Bank Annuities, which with interest now amounts to £1,840..2s..5d stock in newly created 4% Bank Annuities, which he has now sold for £1,920..18s..7d. Legacy duty amounts to £52..5s..5d and costs of administration £19..16..6. The residue is divided among the above nephews and nieces, who each receive £369..15s..4d.
