Asks Grantham to offer Osborn's services to the King for any of: The Hague, Petersburg, Berlin, Vienna, Turin, Naples, Lisbon. Repeats the history of his professional life abroad. Claims to "have made myself Master of 5 different Languages". Asks Grantham for an answer. Is willing to wait on Grantham if his attendance is ordered.
