    to sister Elizabeth Walduck, wife of Thomas Walduck - all wearing apparel, linen and household furniture. to nephew William Walduck, son of Thomas and Elizabeth - silver watch. to trustees and executors Richard How of Aspley Guise, gentleman and William Tomlinson of Hoxton Square, London, mealman - £10 each for themselves, and the following on trust:- Leasehold house in Marshall Street, near Carnaby Market Leasehold house in Broad Street, near Carnaby Market on following trusts:- to nephew J Barrow of Poplar, near London, carpenter, son of J Barrow and testator's sister Mary, both lately deceased - £200 to niece Mary Pattison, wife of William Pattison of Barton in the Clay, Bedfordshire, blacksmith - £200 residue of estate is to be laid out in government securities, and the interest from this and the rents from the above houses are to be paid to sister Elizabeth Walduck for life. After her death the houses are to be sold and all the estate divided among her children Codicil: Mary Pattison has died. Her children Sarah, Mary, Luke, Elizabeth and Sibbilla are to receive £50 each at 21.
