    Messuage formerly in occupation Edward Worster, afterwards Francis Monk, then Mercy Barber, now Edward Gibson, messuage late Thomas How's, deceased S., close belonging to parsonage N., lane leading to the messuage W., with garden Upper Close, 3 acres, formerly adjoining the messuage Blackwell Close, 5 acres Close called the Moores, 3 acres (part of one of these closes is now converted into a garden),on part of them a messuage is built adjoining Richard How's dwelling house, the ground floor and vaults being occupied by Richard How and the upper floor was formerly in occupation Diana Taylor, widow, now in occupation Littlejohn, widow. On other parts of the closes is erected two stables, a coach house, 15 bays of barning, a granary and dovehouse; and part is converted into a farmyard in occupation of i). 2 acres meadow [as in NC990-991, 25 June 1724] Messuage adjoining said capital messuage of i), with vault beneath, in occupation widow Littlejohn and Richard How, with ground on which it stands, and coachhouse, 2 stables, 15 bays of barning, wheathouse, granary, dovehouse, and farmyard and other yard appertaining; and garden in occupation of 1., shooting E. on the messuage and fenced with a holly hedge and pallisades Cottage late in occupation Thomas Wright, now in occupation Thomas Hulse, and orchard, parsonage yard and close W. and N., Richard How E. and highway S., purchased of Thomas Wright.
