Endorsed: Reorganisation of Mortgage after Aspley Guise Enclosure, and further charge The Enclosure Award for Aspley Guise was dated 19 June 1761. Richard How has borrowed a further £100, and charges the full amount, £400, on the following property:- 3/5 of arable called Roasters Lanefield with 2 acres meadow adjoining in Crabtree Furlong (total 43 acres, 1 rood, 5 perches), Crabtree Furlong and Aspley Road S. and E., Wavendon Field and Roasters Lane W. and N. The above property (43 acres, 1 rood, 5 perches) was allotted in exchange for the following:- 2 closes, Hulcot Mill lying NE., Thomas Vaux, esquire NW., and Fenn or Cow Pasture S:- one contains 12 acres, late in occupation J Walduck, which is the close called Hulcot Mill Pasture in above mortgage.
