    Recites: Marriage Settlement ( Lease and Release) 13, 14 March (recte June?) 1704 Zacheus Breedon of South Morton, Berkshire, clerk, and wife Grace, and Thomas Breedon their eldest son and heir Z Breedon of Bere Court, Pangbourne, esquire and Anthony Lybbe of Clerkendon, Oxfordshire, gentleman Zacheus, Grace and Thomas Breedon are all dead. Jane Breedon later married again to William Harvey Will of Thomas Farmborough of St Bartholomew the Great, gentleman, brother of Mariabella Briggins and uncle of Susannah, 1 March 1722/3, leaving £500 orphans stock to Susannah. The sale of this and other money produced £1,000 Now i) conveys to iii). Property as in NC1064-1065, 13, 14 June 1704 (except that the 4 acres 1 rood is described as 60 acres 1 rood, and is detailed in a schedule, and the 14 acres meadow is described as 16 acres, common is for 18 cows, 5 horses and 100 sheep) Also 2 acres arable in each of the 3 clay fields (part of 60 acres 1 rood arable clay land) and common for 2 cows (one in the Fen and one on the Hills), and for 10 sheep.
