- Scope and Contenti) is to pay ii) on day of marriage £977 (¼ of estate of Susannah's uncle William Briggins); and £79..17..6½d on the following 3 September, (to which Susannah was entitled by will of her father Peter Briggins, as part of the Orphans Stock in the Chamber of London). She is also to assign a further £1,000 (residue of the Orphans Stock to which Susannah was entitled) to trustees for Richard and Susannah and their children If Susannah survives her husband she is to have such share of his personal estate as she would be entitled to if he were a freeman of the City of London at his decease If ii) survives Susannah his is to lay out £1,000 in purchase of lands within 150 miles of London to be settled on himself for life, remainder to children of Richard and Susannah.
