    i) assigns to ii) his term of years in: Messuage and close in occupation of i), in Houghton Conquest, and 18 acres arable and meadow (but reserving to i) and his wife Florence for their lives a little house built on part of the messuage, in occupation Michael Sandye, and ½ the 18 acres) ii) is to have ½ of all i)'s goods, cattle and household stuff. He is to plough and sow i)'s moiety of the property, the father finding the seed, paying 2s..6d for every acre, and 4d for every load of seed carted After the marriage ii) is to settle his moiety on trustees. If parents and children do not get on well together, the parents are content to live in the small house reserved to them and leave the children in possession of the larger.
