J Samm the elder and wife Ann 2. J Samm the younger and wife Ann 3. J Fairey 4. Richard Ward of Leighton Buzzard, gentleman. J Ireland secured all the above terms as security for repayment of £100..15s..8d, and sold them to Walter Scott for £80, by transferring them to J Gay in trust, 29 September 1750 Now i) assigns to iv) in trust for iii).
