This property was sold by Edmund Harding, his wife Ann and son St John Harding, to Richard Tillcocke deceased, who bequeathed it to his grandson Richard Tillcocke, who assigned it to his father Michael Tillcocke the elder, who assigned it to another son, Michael Tillcocke the younger, who with his wife Elizabeth, his father Michael Tillcocke the elder, Richard Tillcocke the elder and Thomas Adams assigned it (with other property) to Thomas Girney and his wife Frances, 4 April 1677.
