    to eldest son William - £5. He has already received a large portion of ready money and made out a quit claim to all lands, 15 May 1678. Two bonds are remitted if he behaves himself dutifully to his mother and loving to his brother and sister:- Bond for £240, 26 June 1678 Bond for £100, 5 August 1678 to son John - desk, and ¼ of moveable goods. 'I have put his life in my copyhold of St John's College, Oxford, and until that falls to him he is to receive an annuity of £7'. to son Zacheus - pasture called Great Holiot Mill Pasture in Aspley Guise, in occupation Joseph Wilde to son Charles - farmhouse with great barn and malt house, 4 parcels arable and meadow, half of 15 acres arable clay land in Aspley; all given to testator and wife Liddia in augmentation of her jointure, 9 October 1656. to son Robert - £100 to be paid when executors think fit, meanwhile interest of 5% is to be paid to him. to son Stephen - Mill Close in Aspley, which testator purchased of mother-in-law, Mrs Margery Breedon 17 November 1668, and half of 15 acres arable clay land in Aspley. to son and daughter Willcox - £50, to be paid within one month after death of their father Mr Ralph Wilcox and his wife Mary, or sooner if my executrix think fit to compound with Ralph Wilcox for that £50 which is due to him by bond from my son Richard Wilcox. to grandchildren - £100 to be divided between them. to sisters Mary Lytely, Catherine Simkins and Sarah Burnet - 20s each to buy rings. for buying bibles to be given to poor children who have learned the catechism - £5. Executors: wife Lidia and son John - Lidia is to have household goods to dispose as she thinks fit to her children and grandchildren where there is most need, except to son William who hath had a very large share of money and goods from me already. Overseers: loving brothers Zacheus Breedon of South Morton, clerk and Robert Breedon, citizen of London - 20s each to buy rings. 12 Oct 1694 Codicil: legacy of £700 received from brother-in-law J Breedon is to be divided among children (except son William). 7 Aug 1695 Codicil: £45 bequethed to son William (to make total of £50); wife Lidia is authorised to include William in her distribution of household goods. 24 Sep 1695 Proved Prerogative Court of Canterbury: 2 Dec 1695
