Moiety of 6½ acres meadow in Broad Meadow:- - 3½ acres lie in Swathes - 3 acres in Flexepond and Crabtree Furlongs 7½ acres (moiety of 15 acres) arable clay land, in the 3 clay fields, in occupation Richard Tilcocke Close of pasture, 14 acres, called Holcott Mill Pasture. Endorsed: 'the Colledge within mentioned called Allens alias Collens with the close and appurtenances were sold to Thomas Smith the tennant for threescore and five pounds as may appear by a deed there bearing date, sealed by me William Richardson'.
