    1) i) conveyed to iii) the following, which was included in a fine, and is to be to the use of iii) :- 2 roods arable in Aspley Guise in field next Salford on a furlong near Bernard Gregory's Townesend Close, shooting into Fullwell, one land of Mr Cartwright's lying between them and on east side, land late Thomas Partridge west. 2) i) conveyed to the father of the following, which was included in the fine and to be to the use of iv) :- ½ acre arable in Windmill Field on Fullbrooke Furlong, J Crawley south, glebeland north. ½ acre in same furlong, J Crawley both sides 3) The following is to the the use of i). Messuage in Aspley Guise, in occupation Richard Pettifer Close adjoining, 3 acres Barne Close, in occupation Richard Pettifer, 6 acres 80 acres arable and ley 15 acres meadow 4) The following is to the the use of George Huckle 10 feet meadow in Fenlake Mead, Cardington, at the watering place, which is changeable, and 20 feet more against it, 1 acre ½ acre in same meadow in Dewlands, Robert Arthur south, George Cooper north. 10 feet in same meadow, in the Gung, ½ acre , Mr Oliver Peck on both sides 1 acre in Fenlake Midsomer Meadow, Mr Oliver Peck west. 8 acres 1 rood arable in Cardington :- 1 acre by the Wood Side, land late Charles Palmer, esquire deceased east, W Whitbread senior west. 1 rood in same furlong, Mr Whitbread both sides ½ acre in same furlong, Mr Bull both sides 1 rood on N. side of the Hill, Mr Bull on both sides 1 rood in same furlong, Mr Whitbread both sides 1 rood down to the meadow, late Charles Palmer both sides in West Field:- 2 acres at Long How, Mr Bull west, Mr William Booth east. ½ acre in small field near Cranfields Bush, Mr Bull west, land late Charles Palmer east. 1 rood there, Mr H Whitbread west, William Cranfield east. 1 rood in Ketlewebb Brooks Furlong, late Charles Palmer north, Mr Bull south. ½ acre down to Willington Way, late Charles Palmer both sides ½ acre up to Long Field Hedge, late Charles Palmer both sides 1 acre at East End Pightles, late Charles Palmer both sides 3 acres in Redlands, late Charles Palmer both sides 3 acres 1 rood arable in Cardington West Field, shooting through two furlongs, abutting Harrowden Church Way north.
