to wife Sarah - Farmhouse in which testator dwells, separated from the half part which Mr Hopkins had, and late in occupation brother Thomas Worster deceased, with all land etc., bequeathed by brother Thomas Worster - Sarah is to hold for life, remainder to son Thomas, in tail remainder to son Edward in tail (who is also to receive annuity of £8 from Thomas) remainder to daughter Sarah Crawley, in tail remainder to daughter Rebecca Higgins Executors: wife Sarah and son Higgins of Astwood, Buckinghamshire, yeoman. Sarah is to have all household goods.
