Writes to inform Grantham that he has today been with the Secretary of the Junta de Commercis who has promised that he will dispatch information regarding Consuls Curtoys of Barcelona and Mr Katencamp of Coruna, to the Marquis of Grimaldi without delay. He requests a certificate from Grantham at his convenience confirming that both are English subjects. The "Waters of Mollar" are having a good effect and he is recovering daily. A Pay Order for Mr Shadwell is enclosed.
