Yesterday drew on Frederick Robinson for £80 at six days sight payable to Mr Thomas Swann. The sunk fence wall is finished and the outside also. Most of the inside is also finished, and the men are making the walk and planting. Has paid the men upwards of £50 and the carpenter wants some money. Asks that Frederick Robinson finds the carpenter's bill as Adam Mickle wishes to examine it. P.S. that the drafts were directed to Whitehall.
