Recites will of Samuel Candish of Millbrook, gentleman 17 September 1818, bequeathing property to trustees Samuel Davis and Edward Smith, in trust to pay annuity of £200 to wife Mary Candish for life, and to allow her the use of the house at Millbrook which he had purchased of William Rolf. Remainder of profits to be paid to daughter Grace. After Mary's death £500 was to be paid to each of 5 grandchildren, H C Millard, E C Millard, J G Millard, Elizabeth Millard and W H Millard.
