    Recites: - marriage settlement dated 3 March 1711 between Mary Geering and Baynbrigg Buckeridge, settling land at Goring, Worthing, Broadwater and Steyning [Sussex] - death of Baynbrigg Buckeridge in 1732 leaving widow Mary and two sons Henry Baynbrigg and Nicholas - will of Baynbrigg Buckeridge dated 25 November 1732 giving half Mary's Sussex estate to son Nicholas - death of Mary Buckeridge leaving will dated 19 April 1739 giving use of remaining part of Sussex estate to son Nicholas [see Z1356/2] - lease and release dated 7/8 February 1757 transferring Sussex lands from Nicholas Buckeridge to Henry Baynbrigg Buckeridge in return for an annuity of £80 p.a. - death of Nicholas Buckeridge in 1765 unmarried and without heirs - will of Henry Baynbrigg Buckeridge dated 15 March 1766 - death of Henry Baynbrigg Buckeridge on 24 May 1768 [see X1356/10] Following sale of the Sussex estates under the will of Henry Baynbrigg Buckeridge by his executors and trustees Catherine Buckeridge, Mark Weyland and Joseph Pinfold £800 has been paid to Henry Buckeridge in settlement of anything that may be due to him from those estates under the provisions of the marriage settlement of 1711. Henry Buckeridge quitclaims all other right in those estates.
