Agreement between (i) Henry Buckeridge, Ensign in H.M. 32nd Regiment; (ii) Mark Wayland of London; and
(iii) Richard Sheldon of London re disposition of legacy under will of Ann Wayland [see Z1356/6] under which Henry Buckeridge (as one of three children of Henry Baynbrigg Buckeridge) to be advanced £700 as his potential share of inheritance of £2000. To be given to Richard Sheldon as trustee and used to pay off some of Buckeridge's debts (said to amount to c.£4000) which had caused him to be imprisoned, to buy items required for himself and his family in connection with posting to St.Vincents, and so far as possible to progress his army career. Endorsed with detailed account of expenditure of the trust money.
