Recites that William Hodgens (party to the mortgages of 8 March 1820 and 12 March 1822) died intestate, and that ii) is his eldest son. - property in Mortgage of 8 March 1820, viz: Cottage at Chelsea, Linslade, (cottage in occupation William Guess west, cottage in occupation J Hodgins east, highway from Leighton to Soulbury south east), barn and garden ground (divided into 2 gardens) on which Thomas Hodgins erected the cottage. Now in occupation William Parrott.
