    Executors: wife Mary for life or widowhood; brothers Charles N Cumberledge and Samuel Francis Cumberledge after Mary's death. - to wife Mary: all household goods £1,000 legacy Church which testator has lately erected near Tilsworth Lodge and intended to be licensed for Anglican service, with land. Six pews are to be set aside for use of occupiers of Tilsworth Lodge in perpetuity - to sister Anne Jane Cumberledge: interest on £10,000 bequeathed by uncle Samuel Ware - wife Mary is to have remainder of property for life and after her death it is to be sold, and following legacies paid: £600 to J Mordaunt of Long Ashton near Bristol, esquire, and wife Isabella Remainder to all brothers and sisters and their children 21 Mar 1861 Codicil: - Empowers wife to give church and schoolhouse built upon part of the ground to anyone she thinks may be able to get it consecrated and the school perpetuated for the use of the neighbourhood. - Of the £10,000 left by will of Samuel Ware, he leaves only £400 to his brother [Charles Nathaniel] Cumberledge, now Ware, as he is amply provided for by Ware's will; the remainder is to go to brother and sister, [Samuel Francis] Cumberledge and Mary Catherine Cantley. 2nd. Codicil: Sister Mary Catherine Cantley has died. So after death of sister Anne Jane Cumberledge, 1/3 of the £10,000 is to go to brother Charles N Ware, and 2/3 to brother S F Cumberledge.
