    - Messuage occupied successively by William Stonell, Elizabeth Ashwell, widow, H Gregory deceased, Richard Stone, J Stone deceased and G J Cooper, now J D Bassett, in High Street, Leighton Buzzard, messuage formerly of William Perrott now of Ann Bassett, widow, west, abutting south on the Cross, messuage below (part of Eagle and Child) east. - Freehold part of close lying behind the garden belonging to above messuage, formerly in occupation with the messuage, formerly in occupation William Perrott; and garden, barns and stable, Friday Lane west, garden formerly J Stone's now William Stone's east, ground formerly William Baskerfield's north, backway leading out of Friday Lane south; also right of way for carts and carriages through the backway, William Stone being at joint expense of repairs of bridge at bottom of backway with the owners and occupiers of the messuage late William Perrott's. - Messuage, part of the Eagle and Child Inn, sometime since the property of Samuel Simpson, abutting south on the High Cross, containing a parlour in front and 3 rooms in front over the same, one other room in front over the gatehouse room of Samuel Simpson being on the 2nd floor, and the garret over it, an entry and passage, stair case, kitchen and room over it; vaults and cellars; brewhouse and woodhouses and loft over same.
