Parties:
(i) John Weyland of London, eldest son and executor of late Ann Weyland of Hampstead (Middx), widow, Edward Allen of Finchley (Middx) and Mark Weyland of London, merchant, brother of John;
(ii) Henry Baynbrigg Buckeridge of Queen Square (Middx)
Will of Ann Wayland (d. 26 February 1744) dated 17 January 1742 appointed Henry Sisson and John Weyland as executors and trustees. Legacies included:
- £500 in trust for benefit of her grandson Henry Buckeridge, eldest son of (ii)
- £2000 in trust for use of her son-in-law Henry Baynbrigg Buckeridge during his lifetime with reversion to his wife Ann Buckeridge and then to their children
Legacies subsequently invested in Bank of England stock and East India Company stock (later sold and funds used to purchase bank annuities).
Following death of Henry Sisson deed adds Mark Weyland and Edmund Allen as trustees holding the stated investments.
