    Executors: brother William Claridge, and Thomas King of High Street, Leighton Buzzard, innholder to brother William Claridge - share of property at Tinkershole, Wing, Buckinghamshire, subject to annuity of £30 to sister Hannah Howland under will of father - share of property in Stanbridge and Eggington, Leighton Buzzard, and share of farmyard and buildings at the top of the Unicorn Yard, Leighton Buzzard, from the blue gates to the new hovel erected by testator and brother William, reserving right of way for Thomas King from remainder of the yard and close in Parson's close, over the Unicorn Yard to the street - all personal estate, farmstock, money, connected with above, subject to payment of debts, including one to J Fountain and to J Sharland to niece and housekeeper Hannah Howland - property at Heath and Reach, Leighton Buzzard, and 15 acres at Leighton Buzzard called Upper Stonhill, beginning at the Billington Road, reserving right of way to Thomas King and brother William Claridge - principal and interest due to note of hand of Mr Joseph Powell, tenant of this land at Heath and Reach to Hannah Howland and Thomas King - household goods to Thomas King in return for the efficient services he has for many years rendered me without remuneration in the conduct of my carrying and farming businesses - residue of real and personal estates, subject to payment of personal debts, funeral expences and annuity of £15 to sister Hannah Howland
