    - to trustees Mathew Disney of Bletchley, Buckinghamshire, clerk, Thomas Frank of Cranfield, clerk, J Sambee of Soulbury, Buckinghamshire, clerk, J Bedcott of Leighton Buzzard, tallow chandler, Francis Bedcott, son of J Bedcott, Robin Ashwell, son of J Ashwell of Leighton Buzzard, scrivener, and James Earsey, son of Arthur Earsey of Leighton Buzzard, bricklayer - for perpetual use of vicar of Leighton Buzzard: 2 customary copyhold cottages in occupation J Jenkins in Billington, with Packman's Close, 48 acres arable, 2 poles meadow in Billington Mill Fenne, and 10 cow commons in Billington Summer Leys, held of manor of Leighton Buzzard alias Grovebury - to brother William Pulford for life, provided he discharges debts for which he is jointly bound with Thomas Freeman;- Land in Hadley, Wellington, Shropshire and elsewhere in Shropshire, in occupation of Thomas Freeman after William's death, the above trustees are to hold, and to pay an annuity of £4 to Susannah, wife of William Rulford, for life, and then to pay the annuity to the vicar of Leighton Buzzard.
