copy of Order of Court "At the Rolls" William Royce and others on behalf of creditors of Elizabeth Dela Fontain and Ann Nedham, deceased versus Sir Caesar Child, administrator de bonis non of Michael Gardiner deceased, Nedham St John, Selina St John and others reciting report of Master Burroughs by which he found Michael Gardiner and wife were possessed of the personalty of Elizabeth Dela Fontain and Ann Nedham (£609..7s..8d) and of rents of real estate (£852..18s..8d). Debts of Elizabeth Dela Fontain and Ann Nedham £2,109; and legacies etc. £2131..10s, to which Nedham and Selina St John were entitled to a moiety of £2,000 in the right of their mother Elizabeth St John, deceased and Mary daughter of Michael Gardiner to the other moiety. But the real estates when sold fetched £2,550 and there was a deficiency in the legacies of £1,382, there being only £615 to meet them. Of this there still remained £153..17s..2d in the Bank which it is now ordered that Selina St John having attained age of 21 years, it should be paid to her
