    Recites the following items: I. Indenture dated 8 June 1917 between (i) Bruce Francis Kempson of Rothsay Road, Luton, builder and Alfred Haddow of Shefford, tailor; and (ii) Clara Kempson of 90 Canning Road, Wealdstone, married woman. In turn recites: - A. Indenture dated 21 January 1895 conveying property (a) as described below from John Kempson to Emma Kempson Property: (a) 6 cottages in Hill Foot End alias Church End, Shillington and adjoining ground. Cottages and part of the ground occupied by Jenkins, Dear, Jenkins, A.W. Kempson, Redman and Denton; remainder of land occupied by Eli Bigmore along with the public house [the Noah's Ark] adjacent to these premises. Bounded on 2 sides by property of William Hanscombe; on 3rd side by the highway; on 4th side by remaining property of John Kempson occupied by Eli Bigmore. - B. Mortgage dated 8 April 1895 in which Emma Kempson mortgaged property (a) as above to William Matthew Wing and Joseph Jackson for £200. - C. Will of Emma Kempson dated 28 January 1895, appointing husband John Kempson, Bruce Francis Kempson and Alfred Haddow as executors and trustees, and giving her real estate in trust for the use of her husband for life and after his death devising to her daughter Clara, wife of Arthur William Kempson: (a) 6 cottages, land and premises in Shillington as above, now occupied by Furr, Dear, Dempson, Redman, Ansell, and one empty; and (b) 2 cottages at Maulden occupied by D. Newbury and C. Wilmore - D. Death of Emma Kempson on 25 October 1896; probate 24 December 1896. - E. Transfer of mortgage from William Matthew Wing and Joseph Jackson to Henry Oliver Broomhead dated 11 May 1897. - F. Death of John Kempson on 27 August 1913. - G. Reconveyance dated 14 January 1914 by Henry Oliver Broomhead of mortgaged property to Bruce Francis Kempson and Alfred Haddow. In accordance with will of Emma Kempson property conveyed to Clara Kempson as follows: (a) 5 (formerly 6) cottages in Shillington now occupied by E. Hope, J. Hope, Dilley, Hare and Farrow; (b) 2 tenements in Maulden one formerly occupied by Charles Wilmore and the other empty, now occupied by Castle and Kidd Kempson and Haddow to produce documents as listed in Schedule [A, B, E, and G as above] II. Will of Clara Kempson of 90 Canning Road, Wealdstone (Middx). Appointed son Percy George Kempson and daughter Rose Annie Kempson as executors. Bequeathed 2 cottages occupied by Castle and Kidd in Hall End, Maulden to her children Effie Maud Pellew, wife of Hartley Henry Thornton Pellew, Maud Eleanor Kempson, Rose Annied Kempson and Percy George Kempson. III. Death of Clara Kempson on 13 February 1918. IV. Probate granted to Percy George Kempson on 19 April 1918. V. Indenture dated 13 November 1919 between (i) Percy George Kempson of 90 Canning Road, Wealdstone, warehouseman; and (ii) Maud Eleanor Kempson, and Rose Annie Kempson, spinsters, both of Sunnybank, Milnethorpe Road, Eastbourne. Recites items I-IV above. (i) transfers his fourth share to (ii) in equal shares.
